Hello guys,

I usually go to this website to buy items/gold for OSRS and I would not advise going here to buy anything. After you buy something, it says the verification process usually takes seconds or a couple minutes at the most. In reality, every time I buy something, they ask me to email them the transaction from my bank statement and a picture of my debit/credit card (front and back). This occurs every time even if I have used the same card like five times. Player auctions is a joke and their customer service is the worst I have experienced. I do not recommend this place. Anyone else?

 

This same thread has been posted many times, but I you're 100% right. Now on email their response time is 7+ days and when they do actually respond it rarely is helpful.

Just buy from here, not worth going else where. This thread has been put up a bunch and that's for a reason, PA is a shit company getting even shittier.

 

Complaints regarding PlayerAuctions customer service have increase dramatically over the past couple of months. While I understand that they need to create systems like this in order to add security, these systems require a lot of manpower to maintain - which it appears they currently don't have.
