Agreed about Kylo Ren, what a disappointing villain. Reminded me of the old "emo spiderman" when Spiderman 3 came out. I hope the next film does him some justice and brings back some of that evil presence that Vader had on the screens all those years ago. Now there was a badass character that was respected and feared.

To be fair, he's a Sith in training. Obviously, this is just the first of the three, so I assume that by the time we get to the third movie, he'll have completely changed and maybe grown up.

He would seriously want to get a little more menacing and ominous by the third! Obviously always going to be compared to Darth Vader for multiple obvious reasons. Just don't know if he'll ever escape Vader's shadow...?

 

Anyone know when the next one is being released? I heard somewhat around 2018? Also there is talk about Indiana Jones.

 

Apparently its may 27 2017 so not that long

 

They should have done it on May the 4th lol but far out thats almost 18 months away and they have an exact date already set? Didn't know they did that with movies

I think they used the comparisons for nostalgic purposes, to get the crowd excited. He'll be a little bit less Darth Vader in the next two I reckon.

Episode VIII is out on the 26th of May 2017, however there's an unrelated Star Wars movie by Disney named Rogue One: A Star Wars Story set to be released December 16th this year.

They seriously fucked up not making it May the 4th.

 

i wish they just made a 2 part. Honestly the last scene how they ended is annoying the hell out of me. Least Mark Hamill could of said 1 word or sneezed.

My friend and I were discussing basically exactly that, we missed a couple points mentioned in that article. The number one speaking point for that theory would be the accent though.

Yeah exactly - and to me the other option is WAY too obvious. The second option which involves the accent would be a much better twist in the story.

Honestly i think she is Luke's Daughter. Ben Solo is from the comics.>_<

 

To support my theory i want to add the fact that she is good with fixing problems on spaceship. Just as Luke and his father were she is also a good pilot.

 

Great movie!

 

Loved this as a movie. Was crap compared to the other Star Wars in my opinion. I disliked a lot of what they did....recycled way too much.
