    I used bro split for my whole lifting years

    Monday Chest and Tri
    Tuesday Back and Bi
    Wednesday Shoulders & Traps
    Thursday Legs
    Friday Arms
    Saturday Accessory work
    Sunday Rest(if I can)

    What about you guys? What works well for you? ANY p/p/l program doers here?

    Whats your Splits like? What works for you?

    I did starting strength for a while but honestly I don't care about squatting 3 times a week. I tried a variation but then I was basically just like "fuck squatting" and went to some sort of split instead. I haven't been going much but I'd just do some shit like this in any order:

    Chest/tri
    Back/bi
    Shoulders (I count shoulders as traps)
    Legs

    I don't have a dedicated ab day because imo if you're doing everything right your abs should play a major role in certain, if not all lifts. Especially oly lifts though. I don't do an arm day because I'm not trying to appear any bigger than I am on Friday nights lol

    Whats your Splits like? What works for you?

    I used to do 5 split for several years. Then lost motivation for about 6 months and now I'm back on track with a 3 split training schedule. Currently training 5 days/week.

    Hahaha "Im not trying to appear any bigger than I am on friday nights, nah man go for it people in the club be mirin!

    But I agree I hate squatting myself, I cant squat anyways I got a condition called ankylosing spondylitis spine arthirtis so it fucks my back up alot. Gotta keep that core tight

    Ahhh yeah me too man never switched, are you liking P/P/L days?

    ...What? Like seriously dude? I'm assuming you at least do arm work? Or do you not do anything at all. Also, what do you typically do on each day? Like what lifts

    Monday= legs ,hang cleans,frontsquat,straight bar lunges+ abs super sets,and box jumps
    Tues= Upperbody
    Weds= cardio
    Thurs= legs , squats rdls dead lifts etc+ abs and arms as super sets
    Fri= Upperbody
