WTB: 4 Digit

Title says it all. I'm looking to buy a 4 digit from reputable buyers or from people I trust.

But, I also seek with the 4 digit requirements:

• No VAC bans
• HL1 (CS:GO is a plus. HL1 and CS:GO are the only games I'll pay for ; extra will not matter)
• Original E-Mail (Which I will get access to. Proof of Purchase is a plus)
• Preferably the 4 digit to be registered on September 11th 2003. [This will not matter if can not but willing to negotiate the dealer on increasing the price a tiny bit if it is registered on that date]
