Rate My First CS:GO video?

This is a test video to see how things would look. I would love tips and feedback! I'm going to start streaming soon and regularly uploading videos. Video is in 1080p after Youtube processed it and it looks good.

should of skipped to where you got the kills to make video shorter and more interesting.

 

Youtube videos have developed since the release, and the viewers get too bored too easily. You'll have to spice it up and shorten it (maybe cut out the boring parts?). You'll have to have a really good personality to make it anywhere in CS:GO, as there are Global players who fail to stream because they are simply boring. Good luck on your channel!

 

Point of the video was an ace and clutch. I didn't want to leave out the in between parts because I had X-Ray on and thought it would be better for viewers to be able to see the position of all players on the map. Thank you for the tips!

 

Now a days we have short attention spans and appreciate videos being straight to the point. Nice clutch. Are you within the MG ranks? Lower ranks can still make it as YT'ers as long as they're funny, or have great commentary.

 

Probably could have taken out first 40 seconds, but quality is good. What program do you use for video editing, if you use one?

 

I'm an SMFC haha.

I used Sony Vegas Pro. I barely edited it. This was more of a test to see if my rendering was ok and how it would turn out.

 

Tips from a Ex-GE player, i stopped csgo because its just hack riddle from top to bottom.

Cut to the kills, no one likes watching a full round clip.

Take x-ray off

Learn to do some transitions like slo-mo etc.

Spend time in the demo editor to make really nice frag clips, it's alot of work but if you learn the system you can make some really nice demo clips and put together a nice frag clip

posting full rounds is rather boring to watch, as no matter what you do, trust me, we've seen it before, instead clip your insane shots etc and throw them into a montage.

I realize that this video is utter shit now. I was more looking to see how the quality would be after rendering. I'm working on a new video with cinematics and effects.

 

Maybe speed up that beginning part where you're just camping and then turn to normal speed once you begin the combat.

Put some music in there that catches people's ear . Just some instrumentals will even work .

Good gameplay, just need to work on editing.
