Hey everyone, I'm basically posting this on every forum I'm a member of but I'm having an issue. I want to use a genuine copy of Windows and I have one for Windows 10 as well as Windows 7, and can get one for 8 if I need to. I get them through school and currently am on the Windows 10 image that I used, but the problem is that it is the education version. So now I'm stuck with "Windows 10 Education" on the bottom right of the desktop and it won't go away, I'm not sure if I'll have future issues. My Windows 7 disk is also from school but for some reason it's freezing at the splash screen where the Windows icon is spinning, so I stopped trying. I disabled secure boot mode, but couldn't find where to enable legacy mode as someone had directed. Is there a free way to switch to Windows 10 home from where I'm at now? Or what steps can I take? Thanks
I can help you out if this PC actually belongs to you and not the school. Hit me up on Skype whenever you're free and I'll help ya ^_^

Well what the hell.. it was so annoying having "Windows 10 Education" on the bottom. Maybe I'll call Microsoft support tomorrow. I'm on Ubuntu right now, but it appears I downloaded a Chinese image.
