Hey King, first of all I removed the imgur link you gave. Please request it to be removed, imgur is a public image sharing website and you just uploaded someone's personal information on it.

I've placed a precautionary ban on The Harp. I don't supposed he placed the order on your site and you have his IP? Or how about proof of that 1M DMM purchase he made including time stamps to prove that is his paypal. The ban will become permanent once sufficient proof has been submitted. Please PM me the additional information you might have. Also Gyazo would be better if you're going to be uploading someone's personal information as it gives you the tool to delete the image when necessary and it's extremely unlikely that someone with malicious intent stumbles upon it.

    Edit: IP's a match
