Best Money Making Methods?

Hey guys,

Thinking of getting back into osrs however with all these new updates and changes, I'm wondering what the best money making methods are for F2P and P2P (currently f2p)

I am also a 1 def pure, and am willing to level up any skills required (eg 75 wc for mage logs)

Any method besides flipping is appreciated

PS: I'm 75 wc lol, if cutting mages is a viable option then I'm prepared to level wcing so I can cut them more efficiently

I'd say your best method is always going to be Zulrah.

It's likely the most consistent money making method on OSRS right now. You'll likely need 85+ Range & Mage but the investment will be worth it.

Learning how to Zulrah really isn't difficult at all.

 

Train up a main to high level, you can literally earn any money you want, wyverns, zulrah, bossing etc

 

Cutting Magic logs just isn't really going to be worth it, at least on its own.

Mix it up with dailies by doing Kingdom of Miscellania + Daily Stave + Daily Sand + Farming Ranarrs and you can easily make a decent 200-300k a day for little work. Seems like very little but I invest like 30 minutes a day into that and it pulls me a couple of mill a week which is easily enough to cover expenses and start building up a chest for investing.

 

Definitely get p2p asap, there's no worthwhile methods at all in f2p.

Like others have said, all the money right now is in PVM, but as a 1 def pure you'd be very limited in what you would be able to do (you can try Zulrah, but I don't know how effective that is on a pure), so you'd be better off sticking to skills. I think hunting for chins or making steel+ bars at the blast furnace would be your best bets for moneymaking. The price of chins are currently at a low because they've been botted pretty heavily over the past few days, but they should rise again fairly soon.

If you go P2P making cannonballs isn't half bad plus it's really AFK.

 

Abusing the current holiday event, however enchanting orbs into air orbs is a good money maker also.

Would it be good to buy chins now (regardless if it's to get my range up or to resell in the future) then? If so, red or black chins? (black chins are new to me)

True haha, might look into the orbs thing

 

I imagine even with 1 defence you would be able to safe spot wyverns with a relatively decent range level and 72 slayer. Not entirely sure how well, but fairly afk.
