Gracious banned for plagiarism

Around 2 months ago, I had a person on sythe 'Rare Scripts' write a 2000 line script for me (Simba - NMZ script).
I didn't think much of it other than that it was expensive
Now few days ago I saw the user Pureaddiction (I'll refer to him as PA) was in need of a NMZ script
I contact him about it, told him I had a custom script (simba) made for me by Rare Scripts and asked him if he wanted to use it with me (He promised he wouldn't sell it or whatever) and share the cost. Yesterday, he sent me payment (half of the cost - 65$) and I helped him like an hour to set it all up and get it up and running.
Whilst that was happening someone found the vouch I gave PA (Sold him a script, thanks) and reported it.

I contacted Ghast about this, the first thing he told me

This is because the user Rare Scripts, who made the script for me (Upon my request, this is my method and I told him exactly how I wanted it) NEVER said I couldn't share or sell his script with another user (I refer to it as sharing, simply because I did not intend to make profit of sending it to PA, merely to cut my costs on the creation of it) but on sythe I put it as 'Sold a script to him' as it was technically a sale in terms of sythe.

Later on he changed his mind and decided to ban me. I had a talk with him, but his opinion stayed the same. After that I contacted Dave who told me to post a dispute.

I have no problems with forwarding the 65$ I received from PA to use the script with me to Rare Scripts if I have to, I truly think this is a misunderstanding (Probably by me for not contacting Rare scripts - but again, I didn't think much of it) and I don't believe I should be banned for this.

I was ignorant of the ruling regarding this, hence why I changed it.

"Selling something that you did not create yourself and claiming it as your own is grounds for a permanent ban. If you are selling something of someone else's creation, you must have proof of consent (you have to prove that they're letting you sell their product)."

You didn't have proof of the script creator's consent. I spoke to Rare Script and he said he doesn't condone the reselling or distribution of his private scripts. You are to refund the $65 to Pure Addiction. You will also be banned for a month and given a TWC for your negligence.
