Gracious reselling Scripts

After this i tell him that it's not allowed he then says "gracious split it with me"

i've tried to split an auto bumper with someone and was told no, that one copy of that program/software is being sold not two and if i want my own copy for me to use i need to purchase it from the creator.

 

Handling this.

 

I asked a global mod about trying to do the same with an autobumper and was told no because it wasn't mine to resell for money and or profit/personal gain on the software/script.

I ALSO highly doubt Rare made a script just for gracious when he's been doing scripts for months and he probably tweaked the script to update it, meaning he is the original owner/seller and he should be the only person selling copies of his work.

Unless Rare states the software/script is made specifically for him and that he owns all rights meaning Rare won't sell a single copy himself, then the script is indeed Rare's and not Gracious' to resell.

So much misinformation given to me.

Gracious will be banned 1 month for plagiarism. He will also have to refund Pure Addiction the $65 for the script he illegally sold him, and be given a TWC for his negligence.
