In regards to double-dipping vouches for workers and the employer.

Recently staff had voted against workers and the employer getting a vouch for each job, which is understandable.

I am currently starting a team of my own and I'd like to compensate my workers. Is it possible for them to get the vouch (since they're the ones being trusted with the money) and NOT me? That way, there is only ONE vouch per job.

I don't want the vouch, I'd like to see all of their businesses grow and I feel it fair that they receive the vouch instead of me as they're the ones being trusted with the goods.

no cuz if they scam ur the one who has to pay which is why u get the vouch this is what we ruled ok thx no more threads like this ty
