Got Scammed by Gold_Pieces

Heya . i got this dude to do me a quests . and we aranged payment 12m . i left on account over 13m and ofcourse my stuff. he quickly messaged me that he has to go to the city centre or so and when i logged out my account standed in falador no money what so ever even tho he took all tabs left each one for 1 as a place holder. and some not really worth stuff. thats i how i think he scammed me .

he completed quests for me before and there was no problem . i would like to hear his side and i think that might be not only me who got caught on him .

I recently noticed I ad a scam report against me. I'd like to give my side of the story and what I think is going on.

Well, first of all I've quested for the same guy before. I completed 10/20 of the quest he asked me to do for him. I left 5 of the 10m payment on the account because I only completed half of the requested quests before he took the account back. Here are the screenshots from that deal below.

He then came to me earlier today, I was rather busy although I confirmed I'd be doing questing for him. Well I confirmed his order on my thread as I do everyone elses, I log on the account just like last time. The account had the 12m in the inventory. I went to the grand exchange, set the account up to get ready to complete slug menance and I had to make a run to town. I notified him I was going uptown. I come home and notice I have 8 missed messages from him accusing me of scamming.
What I believe is happening is he knows I confirmed his order on my questing thread, knows I logged on the account aand knows he will be granted a refund based of the information he has. So honestly I think he's trying to get a un-deserved refund out of me. I did not scam his account, I notified him about everything that was going on and he confirmed. i would like to moderators investigate it asap . just moderators take a look right after when he said he got to go i looged and pmed that all my stuff gonne . he said hes for 20 min in there it took way longer.
beside that he was in my account for more then half hour and did nothing just bought 4 tiaras. thats sounds way stupid

Anyway, what I've found out since I've taken action to do investigation myself is;


First, I pm'd him offered him half of whatever was taken from the account since I was doing quest on his account. He denied my offer and said he'd like moderators to come to a decision on this report. I agreed, that was fine. He then messaged me later after I was away saying "just better for you to refund the price or do the service"

If I scammed him, why would he want me to do the service? Because he wants it for free or he wants a free 12m.

Also when i asked user for what quest he bought the items he said for sea slug i checked and this quest doesnt require that items. then he said the slug menance that was right then but as he stated he bought all the items for quest but i only found 4 tiaras. im mad not of the scam but of the items he took from me . tabs. lobsters. i had to sell my left overs to make back to get to green drags and rebuild. i cant check below history but thats my recent history of g.e.

this person getting angry cuz he know that he did it but acting really stupid.

 

Also if moderators want i can let to log in through teamviewer and see everything also i have told right after to my friends that i been scammed if that help something you can see chats.

We can't prove who took the gold off the account.

Cheppy, you could've taken it when Gold_Pieces went away.
Gold_Pieces, you could've taken it before going away.

None of the proof being provided is substantial by any means. Grand exchange history has no date so you could easily flood and wipe previous history by buying tons of different items, and claim that nothing was bought.

The best solution here is for Gold_Pieces to refund half of what was claimed to be stolen, and for both of you to part ways.
