how come my program switched to windows 98 visual style

how come my program switched to windows 98 visual style i was just making my
history box and it just started to look like windows 98 but only 2 things my status bar and my webbrowser???

ok.... no i didn't only the program does it..

 

The only reason that it happend to me is that I used Window Blinds and VB coulded use that in its visual display thingy..

what visual studio do u use vs2003 or vs2005 on vs2003 there was some extra steps you had to do to get the xp style on vs2005 is auto altho you can still play with your styles

 

vb 2005 express edition

 

check things like the flatstyle and other properties like this on yoru controls

maybe post a sample code of the problem u have and i can take a look on my machine to what it is

 

Goto 'Project' and select your '[Application] Properties'. Select the 'Application' tab and find the 'Enable Application Framework' check box. If it is checked then check the 'Enable XP Visual Styles'. Make sure both of them are checked for it to work.

You just reverted back to the old Manifest file, but doing what skeltron said ues the newer one.
