Couple of Botting Questions

So I'm thinking about getting back into botting again, I've done some botting in the past but am really wanting to give it a decent try this time and see if I can make some money out of it.

I just have a couple questions.
- What happens when your bot account gets banned? (Does the botting account get banned only? do I get an IP ban? Do any of my other accounts get banned (I have a main and play that everyday)).
- What are some good scripts to be running to make a little cash on rs?

I know I should be running my bot no more than about 10 hours as that can be classified as "inhuman", and I know to take breaks every couple hours, log out for a minute or two.

I can't guarantee this for every case, but the last 2 accounts I've had that got banned for botting were only temporary bans for a week or two. Obviously my account would've been flagged so I stopped botting. So there's a good chance the first offence you won't be permanently banned.

I highly doubt your other accounts will get banned or you will get IP banned. IP Bans seem to be very rare and more or less for major goldfarmers compared to individuals botting personal accounts.

 

Use private scripts and bots like me pm me if you want info

 

The account banned will get a temp or perm ban. From there, Jagex can ban other accounts that were associated with either your IP or Mac address. If that happens, work on changing those (plenty of guides on the internet)

Get private scripts, it's worth the investment. Don't waste your time/money on premium scripts that 100+ people use, unless you aren't botting that much.

 

Could I possibly use a VM and run my RuneScape client on that?

 

Yes you can get a VM and run it that way. Jagex will hardly hardly hardly ever if ever use Mac addresses. Answered.
