    no oe, i have pops of mine that i can include. you dont need oe to keep the account safe, they want records linking it to a person and before you idiots say first cd key and oe is good i want to say youre retarded and dont deal with steam support alot cause ive had to contact 1 time to recover this already and had to contact for purchase issue and to have a phone number removed and just my name and paypal email was enough to get it done and thats all they want

    Um no you just rebuy it, then it becomes unlinked OR you can contact steam support and it's permanently removed. Trust me bud I've done it multiple times.
