TWC unrelated to trading(Incident that happened years ago)
-If this causes any problem you have every right to transfer all wealth from the account before questing is complete. My own wealth can be used to complete services needed with a small amount of added interest on cost.

-I do not prefer to mass start accounts, or do questing on accounts early on(Ex:Sufficient combat stats, lacking pre-reqs to most quests, large orders such as Desert treasure with no pre reqs to any sub quests or DT itself.), BUT theres a price that is right for everything and I open to discussion.
-Although I am finishing up school, I have a life,work etc.. Respect my times! I probably will not make you 1k accounts off of tutorial island unless you pay me more than my job does .

-Sneak chance for the people paying attention.. Offering a free fire cape to help begin my Fire Caping Services for any sole person with a main.
-(70+ def, 70+ range, 43+ prayer, all gear and supplies needed to beat fight caves.)

-For now, PMs/post for inquiry (May be cheap early on)

Terms of Service:
1. Account must have all pre-reqs done.
-This includes skills, mini quests, etc.
2. Complete use of the account is required.
-You cannot sign in until service is complete.
-This can be negotiated for services that require larger amounts of time.
3. Wealth is not necessary, as the quest-costs can initially come out of my pocket. The cost for quests(all items required to complete) will be added on to the final payment, if not already subtracted from the existing cash-stack on the account.
4. I will not go first unless:
A. Trusted user(Donated 25$+ + 15 vouches)
B. Trusted User(25+ vouches)
If you do not fall under these categories, you will pay for at least half of the desired service BEFORE I begin.
-I am aware of my TWC, information can be provided on the origin of the TWC if requested.
-The terms above are subject to negotiation under my acceptance.
*This is initial release of my services. This thread is not complete, and will contain pictures of past completion, as well as some vouches from previous services.*
