Edit of September 2016: I am back to selling this account. It wasn't recovered, I just never got any decent offers last time and gave up. I know account recovering is a big deal, but I haven't touched my account the past year and half. I have no willingness to play again. I will give you all the information necessary to kep the account permanently to yourself. I've never botted or cheated in any manner in this game, never broke any rules and have a reputation for being a honest and fair person (I'm an ex-site admin of a famous fansite - I can prove this). I hold my integrity and word in high esteem, I'm not the sort of person to break deals. Right now my account feels useless, I don't play with it and I could make back some of the money I spent on it the last 11 years. I really want to sell it so I can invest the money in something else. Hope I can find someone interested. The stats are still the same as last time, as well as the equipment because I haven't played at all. I can confirm the account is mine by simply logging in and PMing you there.
I am also willing to lower the price from 300€ to maybe 200€ or so. Just PM me here so we can negotiate and hopefully reach an agreement.
I'm also only selling to more or less well established members around here. It seems most of the people that PMed me last time are now banned, and all were new members. I know it's ironic of me to make such a request taking into account I am a new member myself, but as I said I can easily prove I'm ex-fansite staff (retired, not demoted) which hopefully gives me a little more credit.

As I said I'm only willing to sell for the right price, I'm not desperate at all. Selling an account of a game I don't intend to play anymore for a decent amount of cash would be fantastic for me as it'd help me pay some bills, but I'm not going to sell it for a ridiculous amount just because my number of posts here for example "lowers the value" of my account. I can prove I am trustworthy if necessary, we can use a middleman or anything you need to feel safe, I don't care. Just please don't mistake me by a fool thinking you can sway me into giving my account for free pretty much.

Looking to sell my nearly maxed account (any decent player can finish maxing it in a month or two tops) because unfortunately being a grown up sucks and I really need the money. I haven't played actively in over 5-6 months and don't plan to ever again, as I've spent more time in this game than I had hoped and it's time to move on.
It's mainly a RS3 account but I also played OSRS for a brief time. Level 80 there with about 15-17M wealth - 13M in cash and rest items. All stats other than combat are awful as I planned to turn it into a main PKing account and just make money transfering cash from RS3.
As for the RS3 stats I'm more than willing to answer any questions potential buyers may have about achievements, items unlocked, holiday event items unlocked etc.
Some of the main items/gear the account owns:
2 sets of Superior Tetsu
1 set and another incomplete one of Superior Seasinger
1 set and another incomplete one of Superior Deathlotus
About 250 or so Deathlotus darts
Dual Drygore Longswords
Chaotic Spear
Two dyed items worth approximately 620M that unfortunately can't be sold, but are very expensive to obtain (You can check this is true via GE, and the prices given there are even below the real market ones)
All Tok-Haar capes and an extra or two I believe
The melee T85 gloves and boots whose name escape me atm. Steads and... Pneumatic I think?
All hybrid gear from the World Events
All three DG necklaces (Ranged, Magic, Melee)
Bunch of rare cosmetics unlocked (I can give you a list if required) and promotional items such as the Samurai armour and others
And heck, crap loads of other things I collected over the years as well as somewhat rare unlocked titles and other similar things. Account is 10 years old+ (got cape to prove)
Cash I own only about 3M currently, as I donated most of it when I quit. With my stats though and other untradeable gear and items I didn't sell you'll get back to being rich in no time if you know what you're doing.
I will obviously provide screenshots to prove all of this to anyone who makes a bid that interests me.
Never ever received a warn, mute or anything of the sort.
Essentially the only problem I see with my account is the following - I was very popular, and heaps of people have me added. It'll be impossible to inform them all I no longer own the account (if I end up selling it), so you might get bothered once in a while by people you don't know asking what's up with me. (I recommend changing the name asap)
I am the original owner of the account, I know the very first passwords the account used (but hell I don't remember them all, I've had so many in the timespawn of 10 years) and I'll be able to provide you with any information you might need.
I can provide you very valid reasons as to why it'll be impossible for me to scam you, as just knowing the info I'll give you would allow you to completely destroy my reputation in the game and make it unenjoyable for me to even attempt to play again.

I'm not sure how much bonus exp the account has currently, but it doesn't take long at all to login to check if anyone is interested in knowing.

I'm not sure what stats I leveled up in the meantime but I'm fairly sure I'm above 90 Agility because I unlocked that one for ports.
Speaking of ports unless they added new things I should have everything maxed and all upgrades bought, not counting the adventurers I haven't unlocked yet. My crew and captaions are all max level and of the highest tier available. Ports will be a walk in the park.

I know recovering accounts is a bit of an issue, but I assure you I have no intention to get back to the game as I really want to move on. It's time to level up my real life skills instead and improve myself.
Even if I no longer play I have obviously invested a tremendous amount of time in the game, and it holds nostalgic value to me. For that reason I won't be selling for any offers I don't feel worthy of the time and effort I put into the account, even if they perhaps appear fair to most buyers/sellers. It'll have to be the right offer. Not accepting amounts between 60$ and 150$, in fact anything below 300$ and I'll consider I'm losing money. I've spent quite a bit in cosmetics, and then there's the 10 years put into the account. For anything less than that it's not worth selling imo.

Some clarifications:
In the first screenshot the armour you see is the superior sets I use, the ones in the second are at 100%. That's why they didn't stack. I should have probably taken a screenshot with all of them in the inv, but really I have absolutely no reasons to lie about that seeing as you can't even sell it so it should add no significant value to the account.
Added pics of the pets in case anyone cares about that stuff.
Some cosmetics etc, updated stats also.
And my OSRS stuff, not very impressive but it's something I guess.
I should add I didn't screenshot all the solomon's cosmetic stuff that can only be bought with cash or the promotional armours that come with the membership packages. All added up I must've spent at least 150 eur or so just in cosmetics and stuff. Maybe even more, I'd say likely, but let's say it was 150 eur for the sake of simplicity.
The first two items are the ones worth 600M+ if that matters.
