Scammed by Planetsgold.com

I bought the service 86-94 magic via bursting, I paid them with 41m coins, 23m for the service, 16m for the rest of the runes needed, I already had some of the runes, he said he took the 23m, ofcourse I logged into my other account and watched him run to the grand tree north east of g.e so i go alright cool he's doing it. I gave him probably 50mish worth of stuff, left a few supplies for the training as he requested, all those supplies are gone, 3 items of which i am wearing are in the bank ( no he didn't die, the sara cape is still in bank out of the 3 items) I changed my password 4 minutes prior of giving him the password, I bought a new tower, only have downloaded runescape and skype off of runescape.com and skype.com, I've download Gyazo from gyazo.com. I can download teamview and show anyone that the password was changed 4 minutes prior to giving him the details, he claims he took 23m and put it on his mule, i got the skype chat and all, he said he was starting immediately, i asked for progress and he said he was real busy and had to get off, and he replied he will start it as soon as possible. He then replied in a short 15ish minutes and asked if i logged in and took the items off. I have receipt for my new computer, I have the messages on my e-mail where they've sent confirmation etc on the shipping and receiving, most importantly I'm disappointed to get scammed by a gold site.

Talked to an admin and he admits that he has the chat logs of the first conversation and that he went through them and has to speak to his agent

Confirmed what was on my account, was confirmed by the worker of planetsgold in my first post where he said it was ok

Ever since I told them I was posting the scam report, they've shut their live chats down.. And barely respond on Skype with any information. They said 1-2 days, it's been 2 days. What do I do?
