Should i make a Intiate Pure?

So i was thinking If i should make a Intiate pure but im not sure if its worth the time or money. But if it is what stats should i get?

 

Not worth it. The build is poor in design and your average opponent will always have the advantage on you.

 

Very good pure if you can keep prayer under 31, but it very hard to get gloves to go with it, not worth it may as well make zerker or pure, both are better.

 

Initiate pures aren't very good, 20 defence doesn't unlock too much extra in terms of pvp potential. You'll probably find yourself losing fights against both 1 def pures and zerkers. Better to go with one of those two options instead.

 

Yeah, it's like the worst of both worlds lol. You get useless combat levels from defence, and you are as squishy as a 1def with your initiate. They were only good back in the day because people didn't know how to PK. Now it's mainstream and everyone who pks knows about Karambwans, 1ticks, etc.

 

You would end up getting mad after an hour of getting owned. Like ghast said, someone will always have an advantage on you. I always found range tanks to be fun accounts. but good luck on the decision.

 

I say either go 1 def or zerker. Zerker will require more work + questing but its definitely worth it. Super fun pking on them too.

 

Would not recommend an initiate pure. Go with a zerker, that way you have some defense so you're not seeing crazy combos all the time, but you don't have too much defense so that it is a lot of 0s.

 

No. Unless you plan on using your account for clanning only.

If you want to edge pker, go with a 1 def pure, voider or a zerker. In any of these you can choose whether you want low prayer, for the lower cmb level. Or a high prayer to smite your opponents.

Currently the most op build would be voiders, with 26 pray, veng, 50 attack and high str.
rang and veng alone is a lethal combo. But voiders are beginning to have g maul aswell for the surprise. And i have to tell you, it surprises me every time. You never get use to a voider with g maul, you're always waiting for the d bow to come out.

i recently made an initiate pure. sunk about a month into training it. got bored second time i ever went pking on it and turned it into a main..

 

I would just skip the initiate pure and go for zerker or maxed. Initiate really is not too very good of a build; it gives you extra combat levels yet has very weak defence.
