I love how you well you incorporated the tag in the second image. The first image is a little rough imo, a bit sharp. Seems with the background that if you blended it more, it would have looked better.

I really like your choice of fonts bro. I highly suggest getting into cinema4d, its a whole new array of graphical designing if you're willing to learn it (its not hard, I promise).

Illustrator would be a good option too if you were to go into logo's and more creative designs.

I've tried Cinema 4d. It's hard for me to wrap my head around lightrooms, and even the controls.

I love the 2nd one. Make sure they aren't too big as I'm sure you'll be asked to have your sig removed if it is too big.

For being "semi-new" (I'm assuming that means you've only been using it a couple months?) to photoshop, it looks like you've taken to the program quickly. I don't have much to say about your gallery, other than all the pieces look decent.

I'll keep an eye out for future submissions from you. :)

With the graphics listed above, I'd study how people have incorporated their text into graphics more. Your use of color is excellent, but try setting a text layer of the same color as the majority of the render/background image to overlay/screen/multiply/lighten and notice the differences. Using layer styles with blending options in photoshop can have very compelling results. Currently your text is very obvious, which isn't inherintly bad, but when its blended well enough to seam into the rest of the image, that's what makes great (i.e. clean) work!

Definitely keep up the good work and post more current work! I'll be sure to check back in a few days/weeks!

I really like the first one, but you should decrease the size a bit. They are on the bigger side.

    1. Looks good. Would suggest making the text fit in more with the bg. Maybe rotating certain letters and changing the position of each one.

    2. I like this one the best. However, I would change the font and remove the semi-transparent box behind it. The font dosent really suit the sig.

    4. The image looks weird when its suddenly cut of on the bottom. You could make it behind the main text and maybe give some depth to the text.

5.Looks good but the light grey image of the guy on the right dosent suit the dark background. Maybe change it?

I guess two and a half weeks is old in terms of the lifespan of a thread, but I don't consider it long in terms of graphic design experience.

Well, a lot happens in two and a half weeks when you're learning new stuff.
