Reporting AGHud for recovering sold account

Basically I bought this account off him 2 days ago for $90 PP and he recovered the following day. I've already charged him back on paypal, so waiting for that to be sorted out. Hopefully I can win the case, but if not I'd like to at least get him removed from these forums.
