Am I able to change my username on this forum?

Yes, name changes have been approved with certain limitations.

Those eligible for a minor name change request are those who:
Have donated a minimum of 5$
Have a join date which dates to at least a year prior to their name change request
Have 2FA enabled at the time of their request and pass an IP check (To enable 2FA visit http://www.sythe.org/twofactor.php and for a guide see: here.)
Have not previously changed their name via the minor name change system
NOTE: We can in rare cases deny a request with reasoning.

Minor username change requests we currently honour:

Please bear in mind your desired name must be available/not taken.
Removal of numbers in a name where the alternative is available (Example: Name1224 to Name)
Replacement of a number in a name (Example: N4m3 to Name)
Removal of characters such as underscores or hyphens where the alternative is available (Example: User_Name to User Name or UserName)
Capitalisaton or de-capitalisation of name (Example: name to Name or Name to name)
Removal of special characters in rare cases where the user profile glitches
Removal of random letters that do not add to the username
Minor corrections of spelling

It'd be easier for you to simply create a new profile with your desired username. This is not against the rules, however, make sure your two profiles NEVER interact (for example, vouching for yourself, bumping your own threads, etc). If you choose to make a new profile, best forget your first one ever existed to this doesn't accidentally happen. It will warrant an insta-ban.
