    Need Help!
    Adware on the net, trying to do anything on the net everything is covered by ads by serpens. I have no clue what to do now, i have looked it up on the web tried everything out nothing seems to work. Any help>????

    This is the first thing that pops up in google for 'Block Adware'

    STEP 3: Remove any browser hijacker with Junkware Removal Tool. ...
    STEP 4: Remove potentially unwanted programs and malware with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. ...
    STEP 5: Double-check for malware with HitmanPro.

    A few options to choose from; or all five... that can remove adware.

    Need Help!
    I have tried to uninstall the program but it doesnt seem to show up anywhere. Plus i have used all those softwares none work.

    Do a system restore to an earlier point in time when you don't think you had downloaded that Adware program.

    Yep, system restore.

    I've used it in the past when I was less experienced with viruses/computers in general, and it always did the trick. My brother got a virus about 3 years ago which would open multiple porn tabs. System restored it a few days back and got rid of the virus completely.

    First off, i'd download malware bytes:

    https://www.malwarebytes.org/

    Try running a system scan in safe mode and see if it comes up with anything

    If that doesn't work and you want to do a system restore here are the steps to do so on windows 7:

    It's a browser extension that you downloaded, usually bundled with other programs that you installed recently. Scroll to the bottom for instructions on how to remove serpens.
