Perm banned for botting after paying for a quest service?

I paid 65m up front for http://www.sythe.org/members/361178-chicken-noodle.html to do desert treasure + pre quests for me on deadman mode. I try to log in today and my account has been permantly banned for "Macroing Major" - he told me the account will be finished this morning and has been ignoring me since last night despite being online on Skype and Sythe.

I've had this account for over two years and have never botted it and yet the one day this guy does a quest for me I get permed. I had over 400m 07 on the account which I highly doubt I'm going to get back but can I get back at least what I paid for the quest?

I'm positive they do those quests by hand, given the level of difficulty. I can't take your word for not ever botting on the account. If you have proof that quests were done, but the order was not completed, they'll have to pay you back for the unfinished quests.

 

It's deadman mode, he died at first meaning some of the stats needed got reset which means they needed to be trained in order to complete the quest. He must of botted the stats back up in order to start the quest resulting in a perm ban. I haven't botted the account, I only use it for deadman mode pking to be honest, obviously I can't prove that but still.

Chicken Noodle (http://www.sythe.org/members/361178-chicken-noodle.html) agreed to do desert treasure + pre reqs on DMM for 65m 07, which I paid first. He told me he would be done by Tuesday morning, I was speaking to him Monday night when he was online and he was ignoring my messages.

I log on to my account Tuesday morning only to find it's been permanently banned for Macroing Major with no chance to appeal. Chicken Noodle told me he died once meaning some of the required levels got reset, meaning he had to get some levels in order to do the quest, which he obviously botted causing the ban.

I have never botted myself and have had this account way over a year, and the one day someone does something for me on the account it gets banned for botting - there's no doubt that it was him.

It was a good all round account and was my main, I had 430m in my bank on 07 (no proof of this but w/e). What can be done about this?

Edit: I have spoken to Chicken and it seems it was his UPS Client that got me banned, as well as himself and 1 other person. Is there anything that can be done about this? I wasn't aware another client was going to be used in this service, and now I've taken a seriously big loss :/

I've never owned a copy of UPS's client as I only worked with them briefly but what I do know is that the worker never gets to know the login details of the customer and it has a form of 2fa with their site.

Thought I'd just put this out there since it's relevant and staff might not have seen it.

 

It can't be proven that either Tfgooner or Chicken noodle did not bot on the account at any timeframe. Not all bans are immediate either. If Chicken Noodle was using a custom UPS client, which probably didn't have any botting capabilities, why would Tfgooner be banned for macroing? If it's true they can detect 3rd party clients, why would they chain ban indiscriminately for macroing? It's clear there was some botting going on. This leads me to believe that Chicken Noodle did bot the account, however I can't be 100% certain of this. At the very least, Chicken Noodle will have to refund the 65m in full.

 

There must be some sort of cheating ability in this client, Chicken himself got perm banned and one other person he got quested for all for the same thing (macroing major). I've lost a serious amount on this ban and Jagex seem certain that there was botting involved, this is the worst situation ever :/
