Which account should I train from here?

I'd go with the first one for sure.

99 Agiliy looks awesome, and the 90 Defence and 85 mining is nice too..

Just curious, why do you have such high defence and low attack / strength on the first account?

 

#2 and get mage up and do zulrah

 

On second thought, I'd go with the first account. You got 99 agility for a reason, and the time commitment for that is a lot greater than what it would take to bring your combat stats up to par with the second account.

 

The second account seems a lot better if your going to max,
the other one seems to have staking stats just with prayer lol

 

2nd one has 72 slayer/81 rc meaning 1 level for double astrals so I would go with that one. Can make HUGE amount of money on it. Also 82 hunter as well

 

I would train the first account, most of the a** pain quests are out of the way, melee isn't that difficult just do NMZ and you will be well away!

 

I would personally train the first one I like the high agility on there and the decent skilling stats on there as well

 

They are both really good accounts. I personally would have more fun on the second one because of the high slayer level. Good money making method while maxing your account out.
