A nooby question about starting off...

So when starting Cs:go, before competitive you have to become private rank 3, or something like that... can anyone recommend me the quickest way to do that?

 

Play casual and stay on one side and make sure you win. For the longer time period you play in one sitting the higher xp gains you will get

I like playing demo to hit rank 3 personally.

 

I went into deathmatch when I started.

 

don't listen to the people saying you have to win all you need is around 29 kills in a casual game to get maxed exp, if you get 40 or even 50 kills in a casual it wouldn't matter because the exp you can get per game is limited, I have never tried arms race to get rank 3 but it should be the same, exp should be limited. after weekend boost is off and all bonuses are off you can only get 250 exp per game, with bonuses and all I don't remember quite well (it's been some time), but I believe you can go up to 1k exp per game.

 

If you're new to CS:GO pls don't rush ranked, you'll regret it.

 

Not entirely true. I started two months ago and the first couple of games were sure difficult, however your rank is being adjusted all the time for those games and by the 5th game or so I was put at my correct level.

I believe casual likely gives the best XP, however I'd recommend avoiding the 10 man carnage and doing death matches and practising aim duels with a variety of weapons for when you begin competitive. Best of luck.

 

The main thing i play csgo for is the competitive side, i love winning but i think its a good thing that people get started early. But if you want to get to level 3 id suggest playing whatever game mode you find the most fun imo.

 

Use hacks you can do it in like 1 hour haha
