Are steam accounts recoverable

I'm looking to buy cs go if I get it on a steam account can it be recovered in the future

I believe what you're trying to do is, purchase a steam account containing CSGO. Now, Steam accounts can be recovered in the future. However, There are preventive measures that buyers take while buying a steam account so that the account may NOT be recovered in future. yeah they can, if you ever buy a steam account with cs go on it from someone, make sure they are trusted.

 

Yes, but now Steam Support is asking for the original email so usually it is now quite impossible for anyone to recover an account just with receipt and the 4 last digits in the credit card.
