    I was wondering what are some good deadman clans that are open to recruitment, if so who and where can I apply?

    I'll check out CT. Also, I don't think that RoT is accepting members, or at least I can't find any applications.

    You have to go on their website and apply to their main roster. You have to take part in their 07 pk trips in order to actually join the Deadman ones.

    A level of 125+ is required, last I recall.
