Possible scammer-Kealan Rida (Skype)

I don't know if this is the right place to put this so apologies if it isn't, but I'm requesting a TWC on the user with the Skype account "Kealan Rida", or at least just letting you guys know of a possible scammer. They messaged me regarding an account I'm selling and offered a dollar amount almost double of what my autowin was set at, and said they'd pay using paypal. I said I would only accept paypal from trusted users but that they could buy a lot less worth of osrs gp very quickly and easily and use that to do the trade instead and they got very hesitant/almost hostile, leading me to believe they definitely have intent to chargeback.

I do not know their Sythe username as I didn't ask but they may also be ban evading as there is a banned user under the username "Kealan123" whose only posts were looking to buy accounts for large USD amounts ($150-300)

Again apologies if this isn't the place to put this, just trying to keep yall safe
[Edit] He told me in Skype that he doesn't have a Sythe account, which may be because he was banned of course, but I'd still be careful when trading with any user using that Skype.

The account is already banned, and there is no other user using that specific skype on sythe. There is nothing we can do here.
