Vayrin is a scammer

So yesterday, as i was trying to sell my account, '' Vayrin '', which a sythe verified user and another big user vouched for him, scammed me. As i gave him my login details, he went on my account and stole my untradables such as my Berserker ring (i), Archer Ring (i), Tentacle and Black mask from my slayer helm. I still dont understand why this guy got vouched when he scams other people. Here are the screenshots:

So he blocked me as soon I gave him the pin so he could remove the imbue from my rings and stole them. Afterwards, He bought items from the nmz chest with a quantity of 69.
