Selling 8 year old 8 digit account 212 games

I'm selling my 8 year old steam account worth around $2,123 USD according to https://steamdb.info/calculator/76561197987612011/?cc=us
This also shows the list of games on my account. Due to my financial situation i need money, the fact that it is vac banned, and the fact that I bought some of these games on sale, I'm going to lower the price significantly.
211 out of the 212 games are playable online and offline.

This steam account is vac banned from CSGO and has been for 81 days. That only prevents you from playing Counter Strike: Global Offensive (My brother's fault )

I'm looking for $1000 USD, however I am willing to negotiate.

VAC ban majorly depreciates value of the account, considering it's CS:GO that's even worse.
No one pays full amount or anywhere close to how much value the games are.
They are high quality decent games, but I mean no one will pay anywhere close to $1000 nor is it even valued at that.
