Enquiring about a logo

Hello,

Just out of curiosity, how much would someone charge to make a logo / picture, of an individual in say cartoon / anime, preferably like a Super Saiyan?

 

Check out the many graphics shops here mate. Most I've seen charge between 20$-75$
