Terms of Service & Rules​

The services offered within this thread operate by and adhere strictly to the following conditions:​

• As the sole owners and proprietors of the services offered we, Se Rogue & King Neo, exclusively reserve the right to refuse or discontinue an order without prior notification for any reason deemed necessary. However, you will receive a full explanation for any refusal or discontinuation. All discontinued orders will be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  
• All payment negotiations will be done over Skype and must be fully agreed upon by both parties before the service begins. In the event a customer does not have Skype, payment will be negotiated via Sythe PM.
  
• We accept Paypal (trusted only) 07 GP, RS3 GP, and Bitcoin.
  
• You will not log onto your account during the agreed upon services.
  
• All required items and equipment must be placed on the account prior to the service beginning.
  
• As we will not be botting, we will not be held responsible for any bans or mutes that occur on your account during the training.
