[REQUEST] Looking for some new graphics designs.

Well I'm going to be creating a new Runescape gold services and seek some further help with graphics. I'm not looking for something amazing just something deemed as professional until I purchase further graphics.

The stuff I require are;

A new thread layout, basic like other threads. (Title, images, rates, terms of agreements) just an example.
A new avatar, linking to my username/interests.
A new signature which I can hyperlink to threads and my vouch page.

I understand this is posted under "Free Graphics", however, looking at the required work, I must still ask you. Are you looking for a free thread layout, signature and avatar? Or Is there some minor payment involved? I'm willing to put effort into this task for less amount, but I'm not sure If i can help out with the entire requirement for free. I do have some previous work I can share over skype, however, I never bothered working on compiling a portfolio.
