Smartphone Scam (Scum) Attempt

I am looking to buy an RS3 3CB Skiller when I get a PM from the user Smartphone, telling me about his lvl 3 with a 1500+ total, all stats 70+ blah blah blah. My interest was certainly piqued. However I did very very little digging, and found that the user Smartphone had sold an account with the exact same stats on 7/9/15, link below.

Now maybe I'm wrong, in which case I would happily apologize, but it seems just too coincidental for me to be mistaken.

Yes, i did sell that account a little over a week after topic was created
A week or so later the person who bought it asked if he could get refunded ( everything was as i handed on the account ) so i did the swap back, is that against the rules to attempt to re-sell the account ?

 

Show proof of the "swap back".

 

Discussed this via PM with Smartphone. He has no evidence of him selling the account the first time, and his story has many holes in it, particularly lies. Banned him.
