Black ops 3. Worth?

I've played every CoD game. Competed in both MW titles, and I generally enjoy playing through multiplayer. Advanced Warfare was shit, and I told myself I wouldn't play another like that.

I've heard they un-fucked this multiplayer, no rocket jumping bullshit. Is it worth it to get a copy?

 

YES. Can't express this enough. This is the best CoD since bo1 or mw3.
There is a double jump but nobody ever uses it really unless you have a scuff.
Also you wouldn't believe how balanced pretty much every weapon is, and perks are pretty good too.

 

I honestly dont enjoy it. They've tried to go back to basics (MW2, WaW) in that it's not crazy kill streaks and lazors but it's not far enough for me.

Think last year toned down slightly.

 

A lot of the multiplayer has been constructed from the ground up based around the newly implemented and improved movement system. It feels very parkour-ish at times, which is actually very cool because you have full control of your weapon at all times. There's also an entirely new mode I would consider multiplayer called Free Run (re: new based movement system) where you can compete against your friends, etc. Also Zombies is revamped. All in all it looks like they put a lot more effort into this than recent projects. If you have the extra cash, I'd recommend giving it a go.

 

a good game. i gave up after MW2 and BO1 but this game is the best one for a while

 

I really enjoyed the beta when they had the open weekend, but not quite to the extent that I would buy it for full price.

That's just me though, I always have a ton of fun playing all of the CoD's, but all of my friends don't really play CoD anymore so I don't buy them because I don't have a community to play with, and the game itself only holds my attention for a week or two.

 

As someone who despised Advanced Warfare, I'd say this is up there with Black Ops 2. You'll enjoy it. There is the jumping, but it's not really as overpowered like it was in AW. I just couldn't stand that game, plus the zombies man, oh the zombies...

I hear its suuuuuuuuuuuuper good. I only play COD for zombies, so I may end up grabbing a copy this Christmas holidays.

 

Call of Duty is known for its Multiplayer not its campaign . Black ops 3 had the worst campaign in call of duty history ( my personal opinion)
It is up to you if you want to buy it still to just play multiplayer and not finish campaign but honestly no one completes the campaign anyways..

 

The campaign of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is completely terrible, and that's not me even exaggerating. However, the online is pretty amazing and I find it immensely fun to play. I would recommend purchasing the game - it's definitely worth every penny.

I agree with campaign. its the worst ive ever played. too confusing and really doesn't explain much. Multiplayer is way better then AW. i would give it a try

 

you just didn't understand the campaign, its actually played backwards

 

mw3 was when the decline really started imo
