Must have 50,000 GS or more
Must have the day One achievement
Must played MCC before 12/19/2014
Must have Blue flame in Halo Reach
Must have AW and Ghosts camo in Black Ops 2
The account can't be perm-banned in any games
Must Have at least a 1 month of gold on the account

Must have 50,000 GS or more (140k+)
Must played MCC before 12/19/2014 (played after this date)
Must have Blue flame in Halo Reach (don't remember, it's been a while)
The account can't be perm-banned in any games
Must Have at least a 1 month of gold on the account (expires 1/28/2016, I always buy by the year).
