(Reporting) Scammer PUPPYLISK

I have a kid brother who spends his days in a hospital bed but is a league of legends fan since that's about all he can do. season end came up and he is hospitalized now I got on Sythe in contact with puppylisk offering fast boosting service so I can get my brother to plat for season end. I purchased gold 3 - plat 5 boost. puppylisk took the money played a game on my account said he was going to the gym and would finish tonight and I never heard from him again contacted him by email Skype etc.. no response. I made it very clear to him why and who I was doing this for. I just found it very cold someone would still proceed to scam based on it. Anyways proof provided below, it appears he has several accounts on sythe offering different boosting servers.
