[WTB] LOW 4 digit account w/ OE

Currently looking for a low 4 digit account with the OE.
Looking to pay TOP dollar for the account wanted below!

Would like the account to include:

• Original E-mail
• Preferably low amount of games (aka, just HL1 or even EMPTY!)
• Low digit that starts with a 1 (0:A:1XXX), no higher, aka the LOWER the better!
• Maybe some idled hours on CS 1.6 or CS:S, don't really want hours on CS:GO if the account has the game already (BONUS!)
• Unique ID would be a BONUS!
• No name e-mail logins to the account preferably (yeah, i'm picky... :d)
• NO VAC/League cheat bans ever on the account, aka must unlink the steam ID from the league account (ESEA/CEVO/ESL/FaceIT, etc).
• Preferably the account ID starts with 0:0 and not 0:1, if it's not, it's okay!

Also, I have a 4-DIGIT in the 0:0:1XXX's, it's got 1k+ hrs in Source, Gold Source and GO. It also has 380 or so games, and POP for Source. I would sell it if you made me an offer I can't refuse.

 

Would you mind pm'ing me the 2nd number, would love to know how low the account is being in the 1's, also what do you mean by Gold Source, do you mean by achievements? Really interested, does it also come with the OE?

 

Are you trying to look for a 4 digit made in 11th September 2003?

If that's the case then all steam ids below 17XX are made in Sep 11 2003.

I've got a cheaper one as well. Even though you're not looking for one that's not in the 1's, I have one that's in the 2's. It's level 53 with 100 games and some hours in CS:GO, CS:S, CS1.6. Chances of finding a 4dig in the 1's is pretty slim, so if you're interested in something like this pm me.

 

I actually checked for the last 4 digit made on September 11, 2003. It's STEAM_0:0:1659 and below.

Incorrect. No 4digits were created on the 11th. Only 1/2/3's up until the late 3's around 850 or so.

I bought a 4 dig from OP about 2 months ago. Today he re-claimed it (hijacked). So be ware this guy is a scammer.
