Unfair Ban / Mistake

This has already been responded to by Ardy here: http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1901873-reported-ban-evading.html however I think that his response is unfair and I would prefer for an admin to look into this or go to staff vote.

I was reported by DunWorry for Ban Evading. This in my opinion is a mistake and yes, I can see where DunWorry was coming from. He reported me for selling multiple names that a previously banned member was selling. Hr assumed we were the same guy. I bought all these names from the banned member over a year ago - It even states this in the so-called 'evidence' that DunWorry posts here: https://gyazo.com/157a738bce547bd021d74ad05d5f61b0

The first line CLEARLY STATES: "Bought some of these a long time ago"

So if you please, send this to an admin or have a staff vote because selling names that a previously banned member was selling does not justify a ban and this whole thing is absolutely ridiculous. I have gained vouches since I have been here (in my vouch thread in signature).

There's no need to write, as Ardy states: "Not buying the story" If you're not buying it, that's a matter of opinion and your opinion only. Your sole opinion should not determine whether someone is banned or not, which is why I'm open to a staff vote. Ardy stated "Not buying the story. Not like you just had one matching name, either." I clearly stated that I bought multiple names from this member over a year ago now so I can't remember exactly how many names there were, I guess around 5 or so names.

I'm sure Admins can clearly see we're not the same person if they check and if you stand by keeping it 'Denied' then you can only imagine what I think of the whole thing. Opinion should not justify a ban, opinion wouldn't work in a court of law.
