Viou was considered the largest gold buyer back in 2012. He won sythe user of the year and most trusted etc. He created a guide and sold it for money on sythe. In the guide contained information richard considered evidence on how to buy and sell stolen goods. Viou pleaded with sythe stating it was poorly worded and that he didnt intentionally buy or sell stolen gold. Viou was perm and has never returned or pardoned. Viou and video did a great deal for this community and even stopped a massive scam attempt by Feren Silver i believe. They saved the community thousands and viou purposely directed traffic to sythe over other gold trading platforms. Ive always suspected there were other motives for perm banning Viou considering he was never given a chance to come back. If anyone deserved to be pardoned it was Viou. However i think he said fuck sythe and fuck richard altogether. The guy didnt need this website to make bank and rode out. Good for him glad he stuck to his guns.

edit: Lebenfire was the hacker he bought stolen goods from by the way. Which every single gold seller has unknowingly or knowingly on this website. Richard gave all other gold sellers a warning to clean their acts up or theyd be perm banned next. Viou was made a example for all other gold sellers to see what could happen.

 

Yet Won_Gold continues to do it to this day lol.

Did anyone ever ask him why he never bothered pardoning?

 

He did pardon right after it happened and sythe shot it down instantly.

As for won gold buying stolen gold everyone knows it. He openly wanted to buy stolen gold at a reduced rate. He openly holds thousands of dollars for scammers/hackers until they decide they want payment. He's also been linked to giving away private skype to known hackers. He has tried that price changing shit on me several times and i eventually said fuck selling gold to him anymore and found others.

Found it. And yeah it's kind of a shame that Won isn't banned yet since it seems just from reading about Viou that he didn't deserve the ban like Won does.

Edit: In the pardon he says he didn't buy from Leberfire though?

 

It took this long to give him a TWC? I understand it's not like he/she plans for the issues to happen and they are resolved, but for some sellers it seems like the issues will keep happening unless there's an actual punishment involved.

Haven't seen him for a long time, he went AWOL out of the blue and due to some issues I won't go into but some users + the staff got a bit worried about him. I tracked him down irl and rang his house landline up, turns out all was fine and he was taking a break due to stress (as expected).

I do have the means to contact him again externally, but judging from his family member's Facebook profile posts / photos about him, he's moved on with his life.
