A few key points to begin:

My definition of newcomer generally revolves around vouches. If you have a pic of an 07 account which you've obtained 75+ thiev I might be inclined to follow up. ATM however I'm off to work for a few hours and wont respond for a little.

 

I don't play 07 personally but I have played since 2003, so I know what is needed for Thieving, so I have done pyramid plunder and continue to do so on my personal RS3 account.
