Can someone help me in recovering a account please..

I bought a account I can't recover it in fact the seller can't either honest truth.This is a rs 07 account.What's the key info needed to do this action.I know with bug abusers,and legit people someone here knows all that.If it worked I even be willing to pay if help free that be amazing.I am guessing jagex goes off ip.Let's say this dude moved from Germany to Dubai which he did.Does he need to like vpn Germany ip would he need the first ip made.If that easy can he do program is their on to copy that ip since I sure it's not in use.Does he need to know every single detail.I swear they just go off most the info mostly the ip that account created on.This is my second 300$ scammed.I got scammed from trying sell my name on here.How hell does a random dude see only my name hack me.This what insane Fagex won't let me,or the dude who ip everything log into this account with all info get the account.How did that dude hack me off just my name.If that's true why don't people just hack you by walking by RS getting only name making trills.I am sure he link my name to this to dox info.How though what a mind screw I swear all he knew was my name here my rs name.If better way he did it any of us could please tell me.I am in such a screwed moment like always please someone attempt to help however you can.........

 

First of all, if the account got recovered, the original owner would likely be the one to do it. The original owner can always recover the account, so the fact that he is saying he can't means he is lying. Either he is not the original owner, or he didn't try and is lying, because he has the account in his possession.

I am sorry hard to find some places on here think where to put it.Since put offer on help figured that help.I told guy change his ip that screw both of us.I think that ended up fucking me now.l000l He has lost some info like credit card from deleting old messages selling computer.The person think hacked me.Has saw me selling my 07 name I must had last log in picture something.Which leaked my ip I only added one dude he never accepted skype I doubt they got my ip off that.Even if my ip how could only that help get entire acc from me in 2015?I know Jagex is huge on that.I can't seem find anyone selling roat pkz best place could also say other sites?No one here has only dude has got hacked.I can't find any site does rsps only rs trades?Any help on that topic where best get answer on here be amazing as well.Thanks for all tips by the way as well.

 

I really think you should file a scam report and break down what you're saying because I'm finding it hard to understand you therefore I cannot offer my assistance.
