Wrongfully banned - Banned me with insufficient evidence?

Let me start this post off linking the report that was made about me by Gracious: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1900533-ronaldo7.html

    Lets get to the facts.

I was banned under the assumptions:

    -
*Makes up a new name & skype
    *Uses proxies
    *Has the same interests
*All banned accounts use the same pattern
*One of his old accounts is "Ronaldo 7"
    -
^ Does that look like sufficient evidence?

Lets get through this one by one.

One of his old accounts is Ronaldo_7, do you really think a notorious scammer like invisiblescape would create an account with literally the same name as his previous banned account and start posting on it? Obviously not, the first thing he'd probably do is think of a completely different name.

Why did I choose Ronaldo7? Ronaldo is a POPULAR FOOTBALL PLAYER. Yes, millions of people happen to know who he is, and guess what the number behind his jersey is? 7. Now tell me, what is more likely?:

    1. Notorious scammer decides to choose a name extremely similar to his previously banned account and post on it?

    Or

    2. New sythe user who's a Real Madrid & Cristiano Ronaldo fan happen to use the name "Ronaldo7" because Ronaldo happens to be the worlds best football player and is #7?

    Next..

Uses proxies? I will happily prove to any moderator that I am not using a proxy and am in fact using my home IP. I'm not very experienced when it comes to proxies/vpn's but if any mod can tell me how I can prove that I am not on a proxy, I will happily do so.

    Next..

    Has the same interests.

Just because 2 users happen to have the same interests doesn't mean they're the same person? How can this even be proved? Did the mod dig up all posts and pattern up every single post and somehow conclude that I am this person?

    Next..

All banned accounts use the same pattern. Seriously, how can I contest this? But an even greater question is, how can moderators use this as sufficient proof to link 2 users? What sort of pattern are we talking about here? Using the exact same name as a previously banned user? Lol.

Finally I'd just like to say, had I really been invisiblescape I wouldn't even bother contesting my ban and making an appeal. I've dug up through the reports linked to his account, all of them are regarding account sales. I don't even participate in the damn market (besides my 1 ikov trade I did when I registered), how can this assumption be drawn that I am a scammer / linked to this scammer? & Finally, how can the evidence posted by Gracious warrant a ban? Didn't even bother to investigate and just straight up banned me, unbelievable.

    Thanks for your time.

Sorry about that. The names of the ISP's you were using confused me a bit. I'll request your unban.
