[Buying account] Read my info!

Hi im new to sythe guys. For the past few years ive been trying to get back into runescape without you know struggling with leveling it constantly. So i would buy accounts from player auctions and others which of course would get recovered and i would just lose money. I heard alot of great stuff about sythe how sellers how vouches that they dont recover the accounts even after a few months which sounds really reassuring to me. So here is what im looking for.

- Love skilling accounts with lots of gear already started off ( i love those sexy skiller banks)
- Hate questing (the more quest points the better, previous account had quest cape!!!!
- Combat related high enough to where i can do stuff like GWD's at least i dont mind being a pure range or mage as long as the stats are decent fine with me.
- I like really high skilling levels, some 99's would be nice but not needed.
I dont think my price range covers it, but if anyone has an acc here with 82 RC that sounds crazy dope. also high farming levels/slayer sound delish too

- Stuff like firecape, dragon defenders etc quest items that are useful (i.e. dramen staff, the farming one, ecto, etc, you get the point)

- clean slate, but if you feel like dropping the price for the price of the ban meter that is fine with me as long as its in the green.

My price range can go from $75 usd up to $150 depending on how much i like the account.

I do not have any vouches or proof of my legitness on this site. But I also do not have a RS account to buy the gp to trade with, I am not sure if there is another method around this but Im hoping there is something you can work out with a middleman ( i assume paypal is untrusted because of chargebacks, happened alot when i sold accounts)

I have 99 combat with high combat stats, skills are pretty decent and the highest is 89wc also has 67construction(gilded altar). Has void fcape ddef and lots more. Pm for details
