If you kill somebody do you get their xp gained in Skills?

 

No unfortunately. Just the joy of wasting hours and hours of someone elses time

 

I predict deadman will die out get a load of updates because of this

do u need to do quests in this game mode?

 

Not really, there are some general quests that would be good to have done (like Tree Gnome village for spirit tree tps), and something like desert treasure is probably a high priority though if you're looking to kill others, but you should be able to get away without doing most quests. Other quests like animal magnetism are also useful for general training. Just need to plan accordingly depending on what goals you have for your account.

 

Yea but, to get spells like ancients, or barrow gloves etc, you'd need to quest?

 

Yeah. It's not that bad honestly

 

the game mode's meant to be hard and unforgiving. reason DMM to OSRS is 1:20 rn.
