How many grace games do you get?

So I just reached Plat 1 but I lost 2 games at 0lp. How many grace games do I have? Is it still 5? do I get demoted on the 5th game/grace game or on the 6th?

 

It's based on MMR. I've had friends lose 8, I've had others lose 1 and drop.

 

Based on mmr if you've lost a lot in the past over and over, almost elo locked, you'd probably not be able to lose much.

 

If you reached plat 1 on a huge winning streak you'll have more games grace than if you reached while maintaining 50% winrate at plat 2 95lp, then suddenly winning 3 games.

 

Pretty sure it's usually five, or always has been for me.
