Mate, save your money. Just get a skiller right now, and train slayer with jack of trades, peng points, lamps. Get around level 60. When treasure hunter has the smouldering lamps promo, buy lamps, and get 99.

Stee, a prick of a level 3 skiller bought 99-120 slayer during the promo, it's good exp.

Same with a bunch of other skillers.
