Basically what happend is he simply came & bought 5m 07 off the site( we dont require ID or anything for under $10).

Literally 5 minutes later a dispute was open'd and I called into paypal(3 times and I asked for my good agent i typically ask for) all 3 told me it was real fraud & thats why I lost the dispute(first dispute I've ever lost, my chargeback/dispute ratio is like 0.004%).




Since paypal told me this was a real fraud case & this visitor bought the 5m using that paypal, it means 20definiateowns is hacking paypals.
