paypal chargeback solution

in order to avoid chargebacks for receiving paypal payments i have thought of a solution but not sure if this will work. suppose i receive payments for selling rsgp and after i receive money in my paypal account i immediately send that money to a real life friend's paypal account and ask my real life friend for cash in exchange for transfering the money to my friend's paypal account then i will have zero balance in my paypal account after doing this. After my paypal account has zero balance i will immediately close my paypal account and make a new paypal account and repeat this every time i sell gp in order to avoid chargeback because i assume you cant chargeback paypal account if its already closed.

 

I'm pretty sure that:

1. They will re-open the account and/or get debt collectors on you which is not good at all.

2. New accounts have to wait like a month or something before they can spend money they receive.

 

what if the new account is unverified with fake name and fake email only? after making the paypal unverified account use it to the possible monthly limit and immediately transfer the money to a friend's paypal account and how will the debt collectors come to collect debt if the name and email are fake to begin with? this method might be the best solution to avoid debt collectors coming since the information is fake to begin with

 

No to the second. However, they will track you down should debts owed to them. They also may, sometimes yet seldom, subtract it from the other account if it's evident that the money was still in your possession, though being transferred.

 

I'm sure they have some sort of check for accounts on the same IP and/or same owner. It's also fairly obvious your friend was using it as a mule if you think about it. They will likely go after them or just reverse the payments. If it was so easy everyone committing fraud would get away with everything they stole...]

I remember when I made mine and sold gold they put the payments on hold for a while even though I was fully verified with a shipping address and bank account. It was for a decent amount of time too; not just like a week. After a few months it was gone and now everything is instant. My bank withdrawals even go through in like a day or two compared to 3-5+ days before.

 

they are a huge company and will find out, track you down and make you pay and could put it in collections, etc

 

Paypal isn't a game, you shouldn't mess with them.
Just sell to highly trusted users and you'll be fine.

 

yah highly trusted users always can count on them never got scammed by highly trusted users but i did get scammed by lower ranked users in the past from chargebacks

 

This is a horrible idea. It will get you permanently banned from Paypal. It will get your friend permanently banned from Paypal. You will likely still have the payments reversed that you sent to your friend. It's simply a lose / lose / lose situation.

Paypal is not a Runescape trade window. They'll investigate and get their money back.
